This year, as an upgrade from the cycling event we held last year, we are taking on a tougher challenge. From 9th to 11th May 2023 Care after Combat staff and volunteers will cycle 210 miles over 3 days visiting 11 of the prisons that we work in (HMP’s Hull, Humber, Hatfield, Lindholm, Moorlands, Ranby, Nottingham, Lowdham Grange, Whatton, North Sea Camp and Lincoln).
Veterans in custody will be invited to take part in the ride within the prison gyms working to achieve the equivalent distance on exercise bikes in teams or as an individual challenge.
All money raised will go towards supporting the veterans we work with.
