In-person methods to collect donations:

  • Collection Buckets (you may also add a QR code to the bucket so people also have the option to donate online)
  • Explain the cause to family and friends and ask for donations.
  • Ask for donations from the local community at nearby events.

Online methods to collect donations:

  • Set up a donation / fundraising page, such as PayPal, GoFundMe or Crowdfunder, to get donations from the public.
  • Promote the cause on social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, to raise awareness and gain donations. Followers can also share the post so more people can access it.
