The Lincolnshire countryside came alive once again this year as the Backwoods Barn Jam transformed Slates Farm into a festival paradise of bikes and bands!
We’re incredibly grateful that the festival organisers chose Care after Combat as their official charity partner. The entire Backwoods Barn Jam team created such a welcoming space where our cause could connect with the community, and their support means the world to us.
The weekend offered something for everyone, from the adrenaline rush of the rodeo bull and axe throwing to the more contemplative bushcraft workshops and live blacksmith demonstrations at The Forge. Festival-goers could even get tattooed on-site, adding a permanent memento of their experience!
A special highlight was seeing UK Hedz, the official Care after Combat band, take the stage once again. Their continued support means the world to us, and their performance was a powerful reminder of how music can bring communities together around important causes.
Gratitude and Looking Forward
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made Backwoods Barn Jam 2025 such a success. This includes the dedicated organisers, the incredible volunteers, the talented musicians, and every single festival-goer who supported our cause throughout the weekend.
As the campfires burned low and the final notes faded, we left Slates Farm with renewed energy and gratitude for the community that continues to stand behind our mission.
Until next year, Backwoods Barn Jam. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend of music, community, and most importantly, hope.
